We do not utilize your data for any purpose other than user authentication, serving ads, and the general functioning of Powder Penguin.

How long we retain your data

Any user-uploaded data is retained indefinitely. This is to protect the integrity of the game, as well as recognize potential issues and make improvements.

Users can see, edit, and delete any uploaded data at any time. Only individually-selected usernames cannot be changed. Powder Penguin administrators can also see and edit user information.

Data Visibility and Collection

Any user-generated content uploaded to the online section of Powder Penguin, is visible to all participating users. Any user-generated content sent to ‘friends’ in Powder Penguin, is visible only to the initiating user and the recipient user. User email addresses are only accessible to Powder Penguin administrators. Individual users do not have access to any other user’s email address.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account, you may request to receive an exported file of your data. You can also request that we erase any personal data of yours. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
